Dr. Evans Mwangi

Dr. Evans Mwangi is a natural resources expert with over 20 years experience as independent consultant, technical adviser, program officer, university lecturer, field conservation practitioner, wildlife scientist and, policy researcher. He  has undertaken project design, implementation and evaluation for UNDP, GEF, EU USAID, AfDB and international conservation NGOs, in eastern and southern Africa. He represents APDC in East Africa

Hawa Keita earned a double Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology and Communication from the University of Ottawa in Canada and obtained her Master Degree in Social Development at the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom in March 2020. As proposals coordinator for Nathan Associates London, a leading international development consultancy firm, Hawa supported Business Development teams in the preparation of proposals for international donors such as the UK’s Department for International Development (DFID), the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) Group and the European Commission. Prior to joining Nathan, in Mali, she coordinated Initiative for Africa (IFA) for Public Affairs Africa, a platform promoting youth entrepreneurship.
