Tailor-made Training of Staff of Ethiopia Development & Planning Commission on Project Analysis
Tailor-made training of trainers on Public Project Appraisal Techniques, covering definition of projects and why some projects fail, measurement of project worth, cash flow analysis, financial, economic, social, and environmental analysis of projects, including distribution of benefits. The project was executed in Abuja for staff of Ethiopian Planning Authority and financed by the World Bank.
Training of Ethiopia OWWDSE on Results- based Monitoring & Evaluation (Nigeria and Kenya)
Building capacity of staff of Ethiopia Oromia Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise (OWWDSE) on concepts and application of results-based Monitoring and Evaluation as applied to engineering and construction projects. There were two cohorts of training with the first one organized in Abuja during September 29, 2019, to October 06, 2019. The 2nd cohort was organized in Nairobi Kenya.
