Technical Assistance to Improve the Design and Implementation of Investment Projects in Transition States in Central Africa (AFTACA)
Conduct capacity needs assessment in each of the 3 countries (Chad, CAR, DRC) and at the regional level, and develop Accelerated Capacity Development Plans to improve national capacity to plan, formulate, manage, and implement agricultural investment operations to deliver better development outcomes in the Central Africa Region.
