Caleb Evinemi

Evinemi Avo Caleb is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Researcher, and Data Analyst with strong expertise in agricultural extension and rural development. He holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology from the University of Abuja and has supported multi-donor projects funded by the EU, AfDB, IFAD, and private sector partners. Caleb has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, research and learning. 

Over the years, he has carried out M&E framework designs, baseline studies, farmers’ profiling, needs assessement, programme evaluation, digital skills programme assessment, and multi-country project monitoring. Skilled in SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI, and digital data tools, he applies evidence-based approaches to strengthen programme performance and impact. He is passionate about using data, innovation, and community-centered strategies to drive sustainable development across Africa.
