Fresh out of graduation, unemployment stared me down. Determined to make a living, I started selling foodstuff in the market. However, I knew I lacked the knowledge to reach my full potential.
Then, the EUHD4A project entered my life. Experts at the living lab at The Centre opened a whole new world to me - the science of nutrition and the immense power of diverse food systems in tackling malnutrition across Africa.
Today, my thriving egg distribution business stands as a testament to the impact of this program. I'm proud to be playing my part in achieving Africa's SDG Goals, ensuring one delicious, nutritious meal at a time.
