A high-level delegation from the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) of Nigeria visited APDC recently, marking a significant step towards enhancing strategic partnerships in youth training and development across the country. The delegation, led by Mrs. Perpetual Chukwu, Head of Training, comprised esteemed members including Mr. Mohammad A. Musa, Training Development Officer, Mr. Zayyad Adamu Kwala, Senior Training Development Officer, and Mr. Sadic Umar, Senior Training Development Officer.

During a closed-door meeting with APDC's management team, facilitated by Mr. Maaruf Yakub, Director of Programmes, Partnerships, and Policy, discussions centred on exploring potential collaboration opportunities aimed at enhancing training programs for Nigerian youths. This meeting underscored the shared commitment to empowering the next generation with essential skills and knowledge.

As part of ITF's rigorous validation process for training centres, the delegation embarked on a comprehensive tour of APDC's facilities. The visit culminated in a wrap-up meeting where the ITF team expressed profound admiration for The Center's infrastructure and operational standards. Mrs. Chukwu commended the ‘young team’ at APDC, noting, "The level of coordination, the standard of the training model, and the facilities are incredibly high," stating they were the best the delegation had seen in over a decade; additionally, she expressed strong interest in future collaboration with The Centre."
