So far, APDC has trained over 7,000 young agripreneurs across Nigeria, with over 70% fully engaged in running their own businesses or as wage employees in commercial farms.
In addition to agribusiness, the Centre has established the Fashionistas Enterprise to further empower youths and create employment, especially for women, in the creative arts/fashion industry.
In addition to agribusiness training, APDC offers specialized training on Project Cycle activities, including Preparation of COSTAB (Project Cost Tables), Financial and Economic Analysis of Project (Project Appraisal Techniques) etc.

The Africa Projects Development Centre (APDC) also known as “The Centre” incubates and trains youth agripreneurs in various aspects of the agribusiness and exploits value chain addition as a panacea to the problem of unemployment in Nigeria and elsewhere.

APDC is positioned as major catalyst for growth in youth agripreneurship in Nigeria and the African continent at large. In addition to helping trainees to develop, implement, and coordinate the expansion of existing businesses or create new business opportunities, APDC also assists with business basics, networking activities, market assistance the APDC Market Place (an online marketing platform), accounting, and financial management.
